The Platform is currently operated as an independent project and may later be transferred to a formally organized legal entity, including but not limited to The 4UNT LLC or another successor entity. Upon such formation, this Privacy Policy shall automatically apply to and be administered by that entity.
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Platform, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

Payment processing is handled by third-party payment providers. The 4UNT does not store full credit card numbers or complete payment credentials.

Location collection is permission-based and controlled by your device settings. You may enable or disable location access at any time through your device permissions.
The 4UNT does not currently require continuous GPS tracking or background location monitoring.

Location features may expand in future versions. If material changes to location collection occur, additional disclosures or permission requests may be provided as required.

5. User Content
Content you submit to The 4UNT ("User Content") may be used in connection with Platform operation as described in the Terms of Service.
Depending on your privacy settings and the nature of the Challenge, User Content may be:
Visible to other users (if submitted publicly)
Used for scoring and Challenge evaluation
Used for Platform promotion
Shared with sponsors for sponsor-related Challenges (only where disclosed)
Users may have the option to mark certain submissions as private.
Private submissions:
Are not used for public promotion or marketing
Are not shared publicly
May still be reviewed for scoring and moderation
May still be stored internally for Platform operation
The 4UNT reserves the right to review all submissions to enforce rules, maintain safety, and ensure fair participation.
The 4UNT cannot guarantee complete removal of content that has already been used in marketing materials, previously shared, or included in historical Platform records.
